Jay Letourneau

Jay Letourneau (he/him), is the Sr Director of Learning and Development. Jay comes to Tech Goes Home with over twenty years experience in Learning and Development. He graduated from Roger Williams University and  holds certifications in change management, adult learning theory and DEI . Born and raised in Rhode Island, Jay has spent a large portion of his career working for RI based companies building learning cultures to help the workforce develop and thrive. In his career Jay has held many roles within L&D such as facilitator, Instructional Designer, Curriculum Director, Sr Director and VP roles. Because of this journey he brings a wide array of skills, experience and insight to TGH. Jay has managed small teams to entire departments and functions upwards of 250 employees.

Jay is a die hard Red Sox fan, and a self proclaimed "Star Wars Geek". When not working he enjoys being outdoors hiking, kayaking and spending time at the beach. Jay lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island with his wife Sandy, two daughters Maddie and Ellie, and his three dogs Lexie, Izzie and Jovie.
