Dahlia Bousaid Cox

Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

Dahlia Bousaid Cox (she/her/hers) has spent the last two decades dedicated to addressing issues of equity and reducing opportunity gaps for under-resourced communities. She is an innovative leader with extensive experience and expertise in developing strategies, programs and initiatives that address critical community needs and deepen engagement with donors, employees and volunteers. Prior to joining TGH, Dahlia spent close to a decade with United Way of Mass Bay overseeing donor and volunteer engagement programs. She also previously led the Office of Adolescent Health and Youth Development at the MA Department of Public Health, and was the Executive Director of the youth development nonprofit Railroad Street Youth Project in Western MA. Dahlia holds a BA in Dance from Bard College at Simon’s Rock and a M.Ed. in Education from Lesley University.
